A veteran in the technology industry since 1985, brings his passion for leadership development, global business experience and deep insight to his coaching service. His professional experiences span across technology, Internet and Mobile communication industries over the last three decades, namely Intel (General Manager (GM) and chief government relationship officer; Taiwan, Hong Kong and China), Advantech (GM, North America), Pulse (VP World Wide, Sales and Marketing), He was formally recognized by Intel and received Intel CEO outstanding award.

Currently, David is a certified coach, trainer and speaker in USA, China and Taiwan. His PCA ™ (Potential Capability Activation) coaching model and “Reflection – Application – Action” mechanism have been well received by his coaching clients. His clients include corporations. and individuals from North America and Asia, such as Qualcomm, Springs Design, UCSD, KPMG, Cinso, 5xue and AIESEC China. He provides career and life transition coaching to both young professionals and baby boomers; He also offers cross-culture leadership and team coaching for expatriates and executives. He was invited to be board members of several non-profit organizations to offer coaching service, such as : WWW.5xue.com of mainland China, WWW.5070.com.tw of Taiwan. His sphere of influences also reached major academic institutions in USA, China and Taiwan. He delivered courses and public speeches in major universities such as Beijing University and Tsinghua University in China. Currently he is intensively working on “cross culture coaching” projects for executives who are working in China and Chinese executives who are working abroad.

David is passionate about helping people to grow in their respective unique “Potential Capability Activation (PCA™)”, journey, by using his ACE self-reflection scheme (Self-Awareness, Self-Choice, Self- Exploration) to go through 6D process, which consists of “Discovery- Dream – Determination – Definition – Development – Delivery”. This model can be applied to both personal capability development as well as corporation team building process.

Currently, David primarily focus on corporation coaching, including cross culture coaching, middle manager transition coaching, expatriate coaching, executive coaching and team coaching. He is the member of ICF (International Coach Federation) and ASTD (American Society of Training and Development).
